"Evelyn is most amazing manager we have ever worked with. She will go to bat for whatever your request maybe. We highly recommend this place. The rates are very completive. Electric bills are not really bad at all. They have a new on site maintenance guy that is extremally knowledgeable and he gets to your request in a very timely manner. We really love living here. Great location and easy access to the freeways."

"This is a nice place to live! Quiet neighbors (for the most part), well-kept grounds, a cool cabana house for tenants, and fairly affordable rent. The manager here is very kind, positive and quick to help with any issues you might have. The buildings are a little older and sometimes have moisture retention problems, but all in all I'm quite happy to rent here."
