"Loved living here for two years with two small kids and a dog. Every level of staff were just genuinely nice people who are good at their jobs. Especially the regular staff at the front desk like Terri. Facilities are maintained very well, and in-unit issues were almost always addressed if not completely fixed in 24 hours. It is well worth the money you pay in rent, in other words. You also can’t beat the location downtown for almost anything you want to do in the Seattle area."

I especially enjoy the community events that they organize for the building! The skyline view is beautiful and the building is in a great part of town. Tons of great food and fun options nearby!
