"Its been two months since I moved out, no written reason if they are holding on my deposit for any reason the law is 21 days, just ghosted, even contacted both new and old management. unit was left spotless if you ignore the roach infestation of the building they didn't mention, management changed 3 times when I lived there, people would blare loud music in the dead of night and people legit hit my car twice when it was parked stay away. *Update 1- 4 months later still no refunded deposit.*** **Update 2 - they finally did send me the money."

"New maintenance man Fernando did his utmost to provide exceptional service in getting my maintenance issues that id been experiencing since i moved in and it had fallen between the cracks upon management company changing 3 times. This latest company seems to truly want things better, they've replaced the mailbox system so we no longer have to go to the post office to get packages, my maintenance issues, and they had the gates fixed which hadnt been used in over a year. All in all a good experience with this latest iteration of management and I hope that Fernando can attract another maintenance worker so that he doesnt have so much on his plate."

"Fernando maintenance superviso It was very great and helpful I was very impressed with him because I try for many months to get someone here to fix the stuff are broken in my apartment and just give up from everyone I talk too until I talk to Fernando 4 days ago in the office about my issues and he cane yesterday and fix everything need to be fix and I really appreciated specially the bugs I have for 5 months I can't get anyone to fix it ,Fernando did that yesterday I really appreciated and he have all the stars I can give him."
