"Love the area and the complex. Pretty quiet and nice neighbors. Maintenance men are very responsive and get jobs done within hours of a request. The huge windows are gorgeous and baths the apartment in natural sunlight. Rent is very expensive, but worth it if you can swing it."

"I left my apartment spotless, but they still charged me extra money for cleaning fee. Did not see my deposit back, I do not know why they charged non refundable and refundable deposit. A lot of hidden fees that I did not know. I paid for everything to avoid issues with my credit score. But for future residents, I would read the agreement properly. Charging for cleaning seems like scam, when I moved in it was not that clean. If I knew that they would still charge, I would not bother cleaning for 3-4 days. Update: couple days ago I got a call from general manager. they are returning my cleaning service back and she was very helpful and sweet. great service!"

"I have lived in this apartment for over 4 years. This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Town Center, Central Market, and Library. There is a Highway nearby, but I didn’t mind the noise. Amenities include a Gym, Fitness Room, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, and my daughters loved the pool. I just feel that the Fitness Room is a little small. The office staffs are very kind and always do the best job. The maintenance staffs are responsive and always available within 24 hours after I make work orders. Unfortunately I move to another area, but if I ever live in this area again, I would like to live in this apartment."
