"I would give Executive Estates a 0 if I could. Office manager never takes care business. Matnance never fixs things. One time Matnance actually broke the problem instead of fixing. You continuously have to have maintenance come back. Rent keeps rising. This place is not a place you want to rent. They were actually harassing me when I first move in. If I could find a place close with good reviews I would move in a heart beat. Also last time I used the hot tub it was gross. The water was like a lukewarm bath. When renters move they end up moving quick. If i wasn't in housing and was easier to move I would be gone!"
"Our time at Executive Estates was amazing! The staff members were very helpful and they worked very hard to keep the place safe and the landscape beautiful and clean. They always responded to our requests timely. Rent is affordable and the apartments are spacious. It is conveniently located close to QFC and stores nearby. You are literally minutes from bus stops! We found plenty of parking spots to park our car too. Staying here gives you access to a gym, 2 outdoor pool and one indoor pool, which is great if you want to stay in shape and healthy. They also have security patrols, which is the reason why homeless folks don’t venture into the apartments. Overall, EE and their staff members exceeded our expectations. There are things to improve but one can’t expect perfection without paying more!"
"We have lived here 2 years, love the grounds and the staff for the most part is helpful and nice. Down sides, the noise in this complex is out of control. At night people screaming at their tvs and computers at all hours, maintenance starts at 7 am, drilling, leaf blowing, vacuuming, weed whacking, so hopefully you don’t work grave shift or nights. The parking is non existent especially if you work swing/grave shift, it took us almost a year to get a reserved spot. The washers and dryers do not work, I have mentioned it to them and nothing has changed in the nearly 2 years so we just wash our clothes elsewhere. The pools are nice and the gym (when it’s actually open) is pretty decent. I really like the lady who owns it, she has a hard time keeping it staffed here, but we stay because of the location and the large units and affordable rent."
"Pros: Relatively cheap prices, large floor plans, good location, well kept landscaping, responsive maintenance. Cons: Older building, outdated features, hardly any parking space, leasing office can be a challenge to communicate with. Lived here for about 2 years. I think that they offered fair prices for a 50 year old building that certainly looks good for its age. Units were spacious and I think they did their best maintaining it. For the price and age of the units, you cant expect to have anything perfect but it was worth the money. The apartment complex was really well kept, I think the maintenance team is on point with maintaining the overall complex as well as responding to any service requests with usually having any issues fixed by the next day if its nothing major. One of the downsides of living here for me is never getting any parking in the unassigned spaces unless you park early so you need to pay for the assigned spaces if you want to park at anytime. The other downside is general communication with the leasing office. They are always short staffed and overall communication with them has not been the best for me. If you do communicate with them, be sure to get it in writing just because of how often the person that is available in the office changes. Overall, I recommend this property if you are looking for a budget option and don't mind the imperfections that come with it."
"Parking is bad. It can get loud if your unit is near 15th Ave cause of constant car noise, sirens, crazy people screaming middle of the night. The buildings are old. Landscape is well maintained. It was hard to move in/out because of the layout. It is an affordable place."
