"It takes forever to get results when something needs to be repaired. Notification of a repair is endless. When maintenance does get to the repair, it takes numerous attempts to get the repair right. Out of a few repairs needed, one may be fixed after the second attempt in fixing it. After a few years, I am still waiting on the rest to be fixed - bathtub faucet drip and an overhead pipe leaking into the kitchen ceiling. The bathtub shower stopped working and I was without that for some time. Maintenance worked on it and finally got it working after the second attempt. As soon as maintenance left, I saw the faucet was still dripping. Shower works but it is slowly returning to the way it was before the repair. I fear I may lose it again. So far, the kitchen faucet is still working after the second repair. I continue to cross my fingers and hope that it doesn't break down again. It takes so much pleading with management to get anything fixed. As for the kitchen ceiling, I am not sure how much longer I have to deal with this ick clearly visible in my kitchen ceiling. The pipe needs to be fixed and the damage it caused needs to be fixed. When addressed, it was discovered that the pipe was a condensation drainpipe from the furnace. As of today, it is still leaking and causing more damage."

"I do not believe that this place cares much for the seniors. The garbage areas are constantly messy to the point where entry is not advised. People smoke in there apartments with no repercussions. The management staff of the apartments have a huge turnover rate, and most of all the place is not clean. Hallway floors look like hell. On top of all that the rent increases are such that seniors are being put out on the streets with not a care in the world. They are on a fixed income with very little cost of living increases 10.00 here 20.00 there. This place advertises affordable senior living. I am very aware of all the excuses the apartments make for there high prices on senior living. For me the senior citizens don't need excuses they need solutions. I have also read several reviews in regards to the staffs treatment of the residents. YES this is a problem. This is a senior living establishment. Who ever is working there should probably have the ability to treat the guests living there with courtesy and respect. I still wonder in regards to if there is a major emergency how these people can make it out safe. For one in that entire apartment complex there is one elevator. Who ever came up with that design needs to go back to school. I am a concerned citizen that worries for the seniors living in that apartment complex."

"Very happy with the layout of my apartment and location. Very accessible to stores and downtown for when I take the ferry to Seattle. Management is very responsive to handle problems along with a friendly community with numerous activities if you so desire to participate."

"I absolutely love my apartment, it’s quiet, everyone is friendly. The manager is very helpful and willing to listen. (AJ) best manager since I’ve lived here! The one issue I have is recently my Amazon package was stolen from my door. I found the opened box (contents gone) in the laundry room with the address label torn off and in the garage. I feel this is a safety issue as it had some over the counter medication along with some other item totaling $120. I feel our packages should be safe especially in a passcode secure building."

"Wish I could give 0 stars! This place is ridiculous and the leasing officer, he is extremely cold. Customer service was absolutely negative. Why have the option to call, text and email when they don't respond back? I waited for nearly 3 hours just to have a 3.5 minute conversation....kick rocks!
