"We moved to Camellia apartments a couple of months ago from just a few blocks away. We have been very pleased with our move. The staff here are all great to work with and there's no question that the location is terrific. The buildings are well designed and the grounds are so lovely and well cared for. It really makes a difference to have nice landscaped areas to walk through. There are only four apartments in our building which helps to contribute to the peace and quiet we have found living here. The lovely big windows make for a lot of light. The only drawback at the moment, at least in our building, is that the carpet up the stairs and on the landing is very old and sometimes even smells. I hope that it can be replaced sometime soon."
"I agree with other reviews - it is a great location - very walkable. It is nice to not be in a huge complex. Apartment repairs are responded to and fixed quickly. I did need to get a water filter, because the water tastes bad - lots of minerals. Even with lots of cleaning, the toilets specifically grow black mold. These items are probably due to location and not the actual apartment?"
