"I’ve lived in Hannah Heights North for almost 2 years. The location, view, and amenities are wonderful. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the other tenants and appreciate the mutual respect of space, especially when it comes to all of our dog walking schedules. Kari in the leasing office has been my go-to since she helped me find the perfect unit. She’s always watching out for her tenants and quick to text back when I need anything. I would recommend anyone live here."

"After three years living at Hanna Heights, I sadly had to move out due to a PCS. The location is unbeatable! Walking distance to Wright Park, the best downtown bars (McMenamins, Devils Reef, Doyle’s, Red Star, etc), Tacoma’s best bakery/coffee shop (Corina) is across the street, there’s a cute independent movie theatre (Grand Cinema) next to Corina, and you’re a short drive from 6th Ave shops/restaurants as well as the Stadium district. Pictures never do the view justice, but I had the most incredible view of downtown and Mt Rainier from my living/dining rooms as well as the balcony (see attached photos). My unit was spacious with large windows and great natural light. Kari and Nichole did a great job managing the property and were extremely accommodating for military. I’ll miss my incredible apartment…congrats to the next tenant, you made an excellent choice!"

"Great staff, especially Kari and Nichole,, extremely responsive to maintenance requests. I can’t speak for all units, but mine on the 5th floor was absolutely beautiful with Mt Rainier views, and quiet. Great Tacoma location too."

"Our apartment and balcony have a view of Mt. Rainier and we love it. The building is comfortable and Kari and Nichole are the best part of living at Hanna Heights - they are so friendly and supportive. We plan to live here for awhile! We really like that we can walk our dog in Wright Park and love walking across the street to a movie at The Grand Cinema or up the street for wine at The Mill. We moved from out of state and finding Hanna Heights has helped us have such a great experience in Tacoma!"
