Northpark Village Apartments

"I stayed here via a VRBO rental (unit 105). I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone for 1 reason - you can hear all the footsteps that your above neighbor takes. It is a nuisance that no one should have to deal with. There is also no air conditioning and this is an issue during the summer. I paid almost $1800 for a 6 night stay, by the way. The manager, Marjo, is also very nice in person, but very pushy about leaving a 5 star review to falsely advertise her rental."

"My experience was good until I moved out and management said that we ruined "the new carpet" and took out 330.00 from our deposit as a cleaning fee. I moved into the apartment with and dirty and stained carpet and I have the paperwork to back it up but it's being ignored. I am currently looking into fighting this charge. They already take a couple hundred dollars from the deposit it as a fee and then try to steal the rest, shame on them! To all the new tenants TAKE PICTURES for proof when you move in, apparently you can't trust the management and I do mean Marjo and Dennis!"

"I love our new place! Beautiful view, the apartment is spacious, sound proofing is good, and management is awesome! Marjo is such a sweet woman, and her husband addresses issues IMMEDIATELY! I'm very happy to be here! We also have a parking spot in the garage downstairs (which is included in rent) and the walkability is really good."
