"I have been seeing the same girl that lives in them apartments for more than a year now and just now they said something about my attitude something like that and parking in the wrong spot I'm handicapped with a congestive heart failure and I can't walk from the back parking lot to the front which there is no handicap parking spots in the front of the parking lot"
