"I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff is extremely rude and lazy. I drove 20 minutes to donate, arrived 15 minutes before closing and pulled up behind a car who had just dropped stuff off. When I pulled up, the door was closed and I saw the staff standing there, then watched them all hide. My fiancé walked up to the door and someone came out yelling through the window that they were closed for the weekend due to staffing, even though they had literally just closed because I saw someone just drop stuff off and there was a full staff of people back there. I then called, someone answered who had to have been one of the ones in the back that hid from me and was extremely rude over the phone. I will never go back here again as this is the SECOND time something like this has happened here. Awful and I will be reporting them to corporate."

"It use to be a good place to shop, but the staff there has changed. The staff don’t look happy or look like they are happy to be there. They don’t greet or say hello when you check out.The Goodwill on River RD is amazing. The staffs smiles and makes you feel very welcomed. Also the prices are a lot better there and more organized."
