"South Island Properties have handle my father's real estate affairs for many years. Recently, we had a issue with our renters. They had fallen on hard times and they were behind in their rent. South Island Properties handled the problem extremely well. My father, who is 95 depends on his rental income so that he can live in an assisted care facility. He can't see hardly anymore and he is very frail. His life is much better in the assisted care.
