"Rent is affordable, but in this case you get what you pay for. These buildings were built in the 1970s and have never been renovated since. There’s an infestation of bugs everywhere here. I was bitten by something 4 times before I was forced to move out, I just couldn’t take it anymore. I asked management to trim the big bush outside of my window which most definitely was attracting bugs and they refused. I called Orkin and learned that the apartment had alot of entry points. The apartments pest company is non existent and ineffective. The pest problem is huge here, the windows sweat day and night, appliances look new but are very cheap, and management will find anyway to keep your security deposit. I paid to get the apartment professionally cleaned and had proof of such and they still kept my security deposit. If you are down on you’re luck, this place isn’t bad but if you’re doing pretty well in life this isn’t the place to try and save money at"
