"Cheap rent for a reason: Very thin walls and bad tenants. These building were built so cheaply the walls and floor levels are so hollow that you can hear your neighbor snoring in their bedroom or hear people having conversations in their living room. It’s unbearable. If you prefer privacy, this is not the property for you. Parking is a nightmare because there is one assigned parking space per apartment, NOT TWO. Many folks who come to live here have two vehicles, and there is no street parking. Guests are frequently seen taking renters parking spots. There is no enforced parking rules anymore. New management team as of June 2021. New management team has managed to remodel their new rentals, but it doesn’t address the ‘pass-through sound issues’ to neighboring units. Loud tenants are a major problem. The noise issues are equivalent to living in a military barracks. There have been a few issues with vehicle vandalism by other tenants and their guests. Management has taken a backseat to dealing with this particular issue. Surrounding neighborhood is decent. Not the best. Before the pandemic, this neighborhood was family-friendly and a decent place for low-income disabled & elderly, and young professionals. As of now, I don’t believe this community is good for either. The folks that made this a thriving community have all left. This community is seeing more young renters and military who are not friendly to children or the elderly. It’s sad to see the shift in this area, it’s gone way down. I’ve lived in this community for over 3 years and some of the changes in this area have been for the worst. Past tenants have stated they would not suggest this community specifically for the noise and parking problems. Yes, the rent is inexpensive considering the surrounding communities BUT you get what you pay for. This place is a total lemon. Don’t be fooled by the new paint and smiling management."

"Wonder how long it is going to take to make these apartments handicap accessible? Why pay high rent for a two bedroom 1st floor apartment... with steps down to your door? Would take the penthouse suite, but then I would have 3 staircases and perfect view of the stupid decision I chose to live in. Maybe I could find a parking spot from the the elevator? If I could find it... or better yet- I'll look for a better apartment. Thanks anyway."
