"I’ve lived in apartments in the Shoreline/Edmonds/Lynnwood area for almost 20 years. There’s a variety of things to consider that can affect quality of life as a renter, such as location, quality of the units, monthly costs of the units, availability of parking, responsiveness of the property management team, and so on. Usually an apartment will have one or two strengths in these areas but lack in others; Park 210 Apartments is the only place I’ve found that is strong in each. The location of the apartment complex is close enough to Hwy 99 that it’s easy to travel, but not so close that the area is busy or too loud. The unit I moved into had appliances that looked like they were either new or exceptionally cared for, and the only issues I found (two lightbulbs being out) were immediately addressed by the management team. The costs of the unit are comparatively low for the neighborhood, but not at the sacrifice of quality; because the complex does not offer many community amenities (which I never use anyway), it keeps unnecessary expenses low. There is plenty of free parking available at all times, which is very refreshing from some of the parking lot free-for-alls I’ve experienced at past apartments. And lastly, Fatma on the management team has been responsive (responding to my emails or calls within hours if not minutes), patient (didn’t get frustrated with me asking dozens of detailed questions), considerate (I received a move-in gift basket of actually useful items I needed like a shower curtain lining, soap, hand towels, hand sanitizer, and more), and competent (helped me through the application and move-in process while exploring options with me that would best work for my circumstances). It’s easy for the experience of living at an apartment to be terrible when the property management team is bad, even when everything else seems great. It’s also easy for me to say that Fatma and the property management team at Park 210 Apartments, even considering all the other good aspects of the complex, is one of the best parts about moving here."

"My husband and I lived here for two years and enjoyed it! The location is hard to beat for that price. Close to downtown Edmonds, down the street from a shopping center with Trader Joe's & Chick Fil A, and surrounded by many hole in the wall cultural restaurants. Management gets back quickly, the maintenance guy is incredible helpful and timely. They take care of snow really well, always icing and plowing, the grounds are kept clean year round and they give ample notice of any landscape projects. The free parking with plenty of spaces is a huge plus, we lived on the 1st floor and rarely heard our upstairs neighbors. Our kitchen cabinets were soft closing which was amazing. It might not be the most aesthetic or spacious, and the first floor didn't get much natural light, but for our first couple years of marriage it was a great fit!"

"UPDATE June 2022: Since my original post 3 years ago, I've since relocated to another unit here at Park 210. One can tell that Epic Management possesses genuine integrity and good business practices just from the excellent Leasing Office managers they employ. Our dear Property Manager, Fatma, has been on leave and we look forward to welcoming her back. During the interim, we have been so fortunate to have Darcy managing the leasing office. She has done an outstanding job in bringing about further improvements and ensuring the maintenance and safety of the property was above standards. Promptly responding to tenant concerns, Darcy has addressed each issue with grace, perservance and compassion for all residents of Park 210. About Park 210: overall a quiet complex of about 80 units. It's convenient to Highway 99, roads leading to Interstate 5, local bus routes and the Edmonds Park and Ride. The property is only a short drive to the Edmonds shores of the beautiful Puget Sound. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are surrounded by evergreens with seasonal vegetation maintained each week by a landscaping service. Returning from my workday in the City of Seattle, I am very thankful for the apartment's cozy balcony. This is a nice community."
