"I lived here for 2 years,I was very impressed with how clean and kept up the apartment and grounds were .Enjoyed seeing the Olympics from my front door, listening to the train and and ferry. So enjoyed walking to town and the water blocks away, manager and maintenance were very available for any issues ,would recommend this apartment to a friend."

"Hired professional cleaners for a move out clean, yet the management company still billed us (over a month later) for more “cleaning”, along with other ambiguous things that magically added up to the exact amount of the security deposit. Shady and unethical without a doubt. Would not recommend."

"Soundview was by far the best place I have ever lived. A great tight knit community so close to downtown Edmonds but in a cute quiet neighborhood a few blocks off main street. Michelle runs things very well and the units are all beautifully renovated between tenants. For such a reasonably priced property it's well maintained and many of my neighbors were very long term tenants (10+ years) who love it there as much as I did for the 5 years I had the pleasure of living there."

"The landlord was rude and inconsiderate. She makes it very clear when you're not welcome in her building."

"Landlord and some of the tenants are a pain in the rear. I've never heard of someone getting a noise complaint for talking (not yelling) on the phone. I've also been yelled at for playing music in my car at a normal volume, because she could hear it as I drove by her."
