"Friendly staff. Better prices than Goodwill! Large assortment of items."
"NO FITTING ROOMS. I donate my used items here and used to shop often but havent been inside for a while. They used to have 3 dressing rooms, but during my recent visit they had the dressing rooms closed off and told me "we dont have a fitting room, you'll have to try those on over your clothes." I cannot try on dresses over clothes so they lost a shopping customer but i will continue to donate."
"The store is messy. Not just messy but dirty. Then, my mother found a small fridge she wanted to purchase that didn't have a price tag. We approached an employee who explained she was the pricer but won't price on Saturdays so she wouldn't sell it to us. We said we are standing in front of you ready to pay and you refuse to price the item? She said yes. So we put back the other items we were going to purchase and left."
"Easier to donate at Goodwill. Older gentleman that takes donations is very rude to all people. He obviously doesn’t like his job or people giving things to them. The staff inside the store are friendly. Don’t waste your time. He yelled at the woman in front of me then I pulled my vehicle up and he yelled at me. I closed my trunk and said have a good day and drove to Goodwill."
"I have visited the thrift store today with my family. My 2 son was looking at the toys. My wife was with them. The toy area was messy before my kids been there. But the Lady store associate name ’Miki’ was mad with my kids and wife because of the mass. She was loud with my kids and wife. My kids and wife frightened and start crying. I was at the other department of the store. I came as per my wife's request and asked the Associate please don't be loud. My kids didn't do that. But she didn't apologize for her behavior, she was rude instead. I think she didn't like my wife because my wife was wearing Hijab. There was a man store associate, who apologize for her behavior. Very worst experience. I hope management will take action."
