Cedar park apartments

"The management team was great to work with when we moved in. Now after being here a couple of months, We are not so impressed. My roommate and I cannot seem to catch them when they are here. Of course we work too! No assigned parking and you are lucky if you get a spot in front of your building. Don't have a lot of things when you move in. There is hardly any storage. No linen closet! Very limited storage. No medicine cabinet either. Yes, this is on us for not taking those things in consideration. However everything is as if looking through a magnifying glass now. Also, forget trying to use the facilities unless it's the gym with separate code/door to get in which supposedly is open 24 hours. I have a gym membership and haven't used it yet so not sure how that is. The pool was not up and running for this summer (we were not told that when we moved- in, in June) and whenever it will be ready, it will not be available to anyone unless it is when they are there. This goes for the pool table and darts too. We were told the nice office is for their use. You cannot entertain anybody there. Nothing is available unless they are there M-SA with their work schedule. (Which is unknown at this point). Leaving phone messages have not been returned and messages in their portal system for maintenance has not been productive, He says he will be here and doesn't show up. (twice!) A tool to fix a faucet was on back order. You would think they would have that on hand with all their complexes they have. We are the only ones ever to have this problem? Then, the wrong parts ordered and now he put it back together leaving parts out which has created the leak. The faucet has been leaking for 5 days now. My roommate Informed them on Friday and over the weekend with no response. Granted it was the beginning of Labor day weekend but we were still at work and I work at home! Very happy it wasn't a true emergency! Our one bathroom has not had very hot water since move-in which is now going on over 2 months. The washer wouldn't drain over the weekend and it wasn't a big load. Haven't notified of them of this yet. I want a face to face conversation. I had to take everything out and force it to drain. I have been trying to call and only the voice mail answers. I went to the office twice on Saturday two separate times and nobody was in the office. Come on guys, when is this going to be resolved? I don't see us staying after our lease is up if this type of no-communication continues. I am a little salty right now! 9/23/23 I think it's appropriate to say and give Taylor a shout out and big Thank you for resolving our hot water issue. It took a lot of effort and investigation to find her but I am relentless! It shouldn't be this difficult but I think we are on the same page now and I know how and where to reach her especially if a real emergency occurred."

"Finding affordable, clean, safe rentals seems to be one of the most daunting of tasks during this recession and inflation. We were simply overjoyed and beyond thankful to have found Cedar Park and the current property management company Bode. The team here is incredibly professional, easy to work with, quick with answers to any questions and lastly/most importantly human! They treat you with respect and don’t just collect an application fee and ship you off to corporate in another state to never hear from them again. They work with people and their families/unique situations and the care they put into their residents also shows in the many property updates and upgrades. Fresh paint, new flooring, washer and dryers, and stainless steel appliances make these units seem so modern and brand new. The clubhouse is comfortable and inviting and the dog wash station proves that they care about the four legged friends that also live in the community. There is also a nice gym and an outdoor pool is coming soon! What we have really enjoyed is the feel of the community. The landscaping and tall trees surrounding take you out of the “city” feel and provide a peaceful and quiet home like atmosphere. When your largest bill is your rental payment you want to feel secure in where you are living. We have been taken care of here by all of the staff and always made to feel welcomed and not a hassle or just another rent check to collect. I would and have recommended this community to friends, family and anyone searching for a nice apartment and nice people to work with. Taylor and the team here are great and always friendly! We are super thankful to have found them and now call Cedar Park our home."

"These guys seriously need new reviews. The apartments are beautifully remodeled. The new management and staff have been incredible. They're extremely attentive, and very quick to get back to any messages or concerns. The clubhouse is neat. It has a 24 hour gym that is well designed, a super cool professional pet washing station, and also includes a really cool pool/darts hangout space. We thought finding an apartment was going to be a nightmare, but they have all made this incredibly easy for us. Thank you #livingbode We appreciate you guys, and we love our apartment."

"Great apartment community! Always well maintained and great staff. Its close to all the groceries shops and fast foods. Very convenient location. The Maintenance staff is always very quick and do repairs the same day. Management is wonderful, always on top of their residents needs. Shout out to Taylor for always giving us the best customer service and helping us. Current resident, just hit a year mark. Overall, will recommend this community. 10/10"
