"If I could review this place 0 starts I would. My darling son has been staying here for about two years now, let me tell you….he has complained about this place every other day to me but can’t afford to move out. They have ROACHES! My son has talked to multiple persons and they have explained they have them as well no matter how clean it is the management does not care or take care of the issue. EVERYTHING breaks constantly and takes awhile to get anyone to come fix it. When you finally get someone to come in to fix it, they don’t fix it. FIND people that will actually do their job!! My husband has gone to fix our sons appliances multiple times because of this. They do not know what they are doing there. There is constant police activity every other day and the neighbors are constantly having physical fights outside at all times of the day/night along with 24/7 shouting. It is terrifying. Not to mention you will even have the police called on you although you have not done a poor activity. If I could get my son removed from there and help him with a better place I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! 100%"

"My grandmother has lived here for quite some time and has really enjoyed it. The apartments are spacious and handicap accessible and they take section 8 and the rent is sliding scale affordable. Things get regular maintenance and there is a play yard in the middle of the complex for the kids to enjoy."

"The managers of the complex are very sweet and respectful towards their tenants. They’re always trying to keep it a safe and fun environment for everyone. The apartments are nice and clean on the inside. They have very affordable prices as well! Would definitely recommend them!"

"Moved here in 2011, moved out at the end of 2017. Things were fine for about the first 3-4 years, and things went downhill really fast afterwards. In late 2015, I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. The maintenance team was notified when I noticed it. Nobody came and checked it out for a few days. Eventually, a patch was put on the roof to stop more water from coming in. Yes, there was a hole. Eventually, things got worse ... like, to the point where a good chunk of my ceiling came down in the middle of the night. Obviously, it woke me up out of a dead sleep. But, for the many hours that followed, I had to keep cups, bowls and a bucket in place to keep all the water from the roof from getting all over the floor. In the end, there was about 4 or 5 gallons of water. Discussions with management were at a standstill because there was "red tape" they had to get around. There's a hole in my ceiling, my bathroom floor covered in water, dirt and shingles ... and they want to talk about red tape? There was no help whatsoever in reimbursement for their incompetence, and when I moved out ... they still tried getting me for $400+ that went to a collections agency."
