"My Biway experience has been wonderful! I went on a tour and submitted my application. Henry assisted me through the entire process. He walked me to the unit of choice. From there we looked at the map, location and views. He toured me around the entire property and was very transparent about limit on visitor parking. Though Bi Way is working to increase visitor spots and visitor accessibility. Just had a tour on Saturday, wow! The leasing agent, Shelby, was awesome and informative. They're still building some of the amenities, but they have concrete plans. The apartment itself was really nice and updated. While every apartment complex has its pros and cons. The Biways units, pool, customer service with good communication, have sold me. I am plan on moving in and making it my home."
"their system had a random glitch when I tried to apply in person for the apartment with some friends from out of town. working in management in car rental, I know there is ways take listing off at leisure. Liz and Max were cool, I felt it was Henry their boss who didnt want me there. Im not going to pull any cards, Liz again needs to be the manager, not him."
"It a decent place to live and all the neighbors have been so nice. However, certain members of the management team could probably use a refresher course in public service. Just a thought."
"I enjoy living at The Byway! Its location allows for easy access to Portland and/or the Gorge. The city of Gresham is adjacent featuring a nice mix of upscale and dive bar/restaurants. Shopping is close in all directions. The office staff is responsive to residents but almost all needs can literally be dealt with from your phone. Two thumbs up for The Byway!"
"Don’t let the looks fool you, the parking, “gym”, view, neighbors, and homeless people sleeping in your trash and screaming in the parking lot are enough for me to be sad I have 6 months left on my lease. I can’t forget the Semi truck Repair shop that’s OPEN ALL NIGHT that beeps and bangs next to my ears as I sleep. If you park in a guest spot, they will tow your car INSTANTLY with no notice required and make you pay $449 same day to pick it up, $100 every day after. You will get charged for everything you never thought was possible. Hands down the worst staff I have ever dealt with. As a manager for many years I can promise you the staff running that office are dictators and not management."
