"The Miller is second to none amongst All the waterfront buildings in Vancouver Washington. Their staff was the most professional out of all the buildings we toured. Shanel specifically was amazing. She never beat around the bush and was honest about any question we asked. She is as real as they come. Give that woman a promotion.!! The best amenities are the cold plunge, and the steam room. They also have a conference room that you can rent for free when you move in. They have the nicest and most elegant rooms. The whole experience is like being in a spa or Vegas luxury hotel. Thank you for going above and beyond on our tour. This building is the nicest in the northwest!!!!"

"I had an excellent experience at the Miller Apartment Complex, largely thanks to Kylie. She went above and beyond, showing me various options until we found our dream apartment. The dedication and professionalism she displayed made the process smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, Daniella and Ruth from the staff maintain the complex impeccably, ensuring our apartment is consistently clean and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic team and a wonderful living environment. The amenities are a huge plus as well. Gym and stem room are my absolute favorite being able to go anytime of the day after a late night shift!"

"I was returning home to Vancouver after spending 12 years in Philadelphia. I began my search for a place to live and selected The Miller. I was still living in my 3 bedroom house in Philadelphia when I rented the apartment sight unseen. As the building was still under construction, the posted availability date was tentative. This added to the stress of moving across the country. The leasing team, Shanel Wheeler and Kylie Warneke, were instrumental in alleviating that stress. To say they were incredibly helpful is an understatement. They kept me apprised of the changes to the move in date and worked so hard to get me moved in and settled in as quickly as possible. Because of their efforts, I have the honor of being the first resident to occupy the building. Shanel, Kylie and Nick have created a living environment that feels more like a community than an apartment building filled with strangers. I have lived many places but I have never had a more positive experience. I LOVE my apartment and the amenities are outstanding. The location, right in the heart of the Waterfront, is amazing. Bars, restaurants, wine tasting rooms are all within walking distance. The opening of New Seasons Market on Main St rounds out the convenience of the neighborhood. I’m limited to 5 stars for the review but, based on my experiences with the staff, the building and the location, I would give it a 10 stars. This is so much more than an apartment building, it’s a community experience."
