"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! There is NO leasing office, the area is sketchy and basically on the highway. I scheduled a showing, responded to multiple confirmation emails with "Avery" (which is a bot and not a person) nobody showed up. Called the number multiple times and no answer or call back/text back."

"I scheduled an appointment to take a tour of an available unit. Correspondence on email only with their staff Avery. Got to the location early. Appt was at 1:45pm. Email says to go to the location and a staff at the lease office will provide a tour. There was no lease office at location. Lots of the tenants come and go, they said the lease office is 10 min away. Some were rude. Waited at the corner of the building for 15 min after the appointed time. No one showed up. Called the number provided in the email, it says memory full. Can't get thru. Tried several times. Emailed Avery a few times that no one was here. No response ever again, ghosted. Very unprofessional. What if I lived here and needed building service. It would be an extreme hassle. Bad first impression. No thanks. They just lost a future tenant."

"This place is a total dump with slum-lords a judge should jail. My tent is %1,000 times nicer. But hey, . . . I miss that tent now that I’m in a Tiny House even; Which is nicer, as well.
