"Oct 2023 (update): I still love living at Greenleaf Uptown. AJ and Ashley are professional, efficient, and caring. You can see they truly want living here to be a good experience and safe place for all residents. This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in where my lease renewal was only a 2.4% a month increase. I love that entire complex is smoke-free, and that the majority of residents look out for each other. Apartment Cons: The appliances are basic builder-grade, and lack some functionality. The stove’s largest burners are 8” diameter, which leaves half of my pots/pans unused. The kitchen could really use a backsplash. The clothing washer has an aggressive agitator, so my more delicate clothing now goes to a Dry Cleaner for washing instead. (An agitator-less washer would be amazing!) Apartment Pros: I’m in a 1 bed/1 bath/1 office floor plan. My apartment is spacious and the floor plan actually makes sense. I love the quartz countertops, high ceilings, huge windows with shades (no curtains necessary), and lights in the ceiling of every room. The walls seem to be insulated well to dampen noise from neighbors, however, the floors/ceilings are not very soundproofed and you can hear each step of your more inconsiderate neighbors. Oct 2022 (previous review): Ashley and AJ make Greenleaf a great place to live. They are so friendly, efficient, and caring. Green leaf is a pretty great complex to live in. The majority of residents look out for each other and overall I’m very happy with where I live. I’ve been here 5 months and looking forward to renewing my lease."
"I wish to amend this review: over the holiday weekend, residents were left without onsite management, maintenance or housekeeping for 4.5 days. We were left to contend with icy sidewalks around the whole building for 3 days and no lighting in both elevators for 24+ hours. These unaddressed problems caused unsafe conditions. Three weeks ago: A friendly, efficient professional management team is available in their offices just off the lobby during business hours. Common areas are cleaned daily. I never hear my neighbors to either side or below. My apartment is not large, but the rooms feel spacious because of the high ceilings. The entire building has a warm, inviting vibe because the tenants and managers are so nice, and pets are welcome. Uptown Vancouver is a real discovery for me too. I walk many places. A New Seasons opens one block south of Greenleaf next fall."
"4.5 stars! This location is great for us---a very walkable neighborhood and easy access to I-5. Apartments have smart layout, staff are both professional and kind, common areas are clean and comfy. We don't have a unit above us, but never hear noise from our neighbors to the sides or below. Love my mounain view. We'll be staying awhile!"
"John and Alex the leasing managers are absolutely amazing. They always greet you, are on top of any of the few minor issues we’ve had (sink clogged blah blah) and we always feel attended for. The mai tends staff is very very sweet as well. The building itself is AMAZING! It’s modern but homey, our 1 bedroom office is the perfect layout. We feel comfortable entertaining big groups here, and If our apt isn’t large enough there’s a huge amenity room with pool, ping pong table, fridge, grill, fire pits, cornhole and more! We’ll be staying until we find our forever home."
"Nice apartments with the most square footage in the area for the price! The apartments are new and updated with lots of natural light and some great views. The staff is very friendly and maintenance is fairly quick and helpful. Decent amenities, although it doesn’t have as much as some other new apartment buildings in the area. Sense of community is lacking a bit, even though there are occasional get-togethers and events hosted and put together by the staff. Maybe some more of those would help? Overall, we’ve had a pretty good experience here our first few months! Would definitely recommend you schedule a tour it and check it out!"
