"Have considered buying a manufactured home in this park because housing everywhere else is so expensive. Unfortunately, their lot lease is ridiculously high for a trailer park. It's not an affordable option anymore, sadly. There's no reason to charge residents almost $900 a month."

"I have lived here for about five years now. The park is very quiet, with minimal traffic. My biggest complaint would be the cats continue to "mark" (urine/spray) on my front door and front of my house. Unfortunately, I have found this to be an issue at many mobile home parks in the state. I am disappointed with the way some of the residents are allowed to leave their yards in a manner that detracts from the parks curbside appeal. I have worked hard to make all improvements asked of me, some to great financial expense, yet other properties are an embarrassment to the park and have not changed in the five years I have lived here. I also am disappointed to know the extent I have to go through with the park in order to make any minor landscape improvements, such as planting a small rose bush or azalea, and yet others can leave their property and landscape a frightful mess. As for Shirley, the park manager, I have never had a problem with her and find her to be quite friendly and easy to talk to. I looked at many other parks in Clark County before settling on this one. This was, by far, the nicest of those I looked at. I would recommend Country Manor."

"I really enjoy living here. We have been here for about 4 months And I am very glad we decided to make a home here. I enjoy the park is very clean And well maintained. The manager and staff are very nice and I have been enjoying the community luncheons. I also have been very happy with the neighborhood. Everybody has been very friendly and make me feel like I'm actually part of a community."

"I’ll start off with the good, the neighborhood in general is nicer than most trailer parks in the Vancouver area with decent size. Most of the neighbors seem friendly & Homes stay clean with regular yard maintenance. Now if your thinking about buying a home here I’d take a look around at your neighbors, if you’re going to live next to elderly people you best believe they’ll watch your daily routine day in, day out. The second they witness something “Against the Rules” they call Shirley. If you don’t mind management walking onto your property to snoop once said complaint is called then this spot may be for you. The rules are what keep the neighborhood clean but having a spare tire on your driveway under a tarp is all it takes for a call to the office. It really depends on how laid back or nosey your neighbors are because I highly doubt Shirley would notice these small issues her self if it wasn’t for the nosey neighbors checking on your backyard everyday It’s so bad my backyard neighbor will write “anonymous Letters” to my home stating there wishes but I just use them to wipe my a$$ Hopefully your experience with neighbor goes better than mine"

"I have lived here for about 3 years . I enjoy living here because of the peaceful setting. It has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and all of the residents seem very friendly. There are rules and the manager, Shirley, does her best to enforce them. But she is understanding and is willing to work with you. It is because of these rules and the compitant manager that the Country Manor remains such a pleasant place to live."
