"Edit: They lied and said we never made a deposit before charging us an additional $400 for "cleaning". The new management and owners are the same as the slumlords who owned it before, don't let them trick you into believing anything has changed. Stay away from these low life cheats. The "emergency situation" is asbestos and I am baffled as to why we were not notified about the issue or why when we spoke with the leasing office they refused to tell us what the "emergency situation" even was. Anyway, these places have asbestos, at least for the next little bit. Hope you like mesothelioma. The list of complaints I have beyond this could fill a Russian novel. Absolutely the worst complex I have rented from in my 30 years. Update: It has been more than a week since the demo crew took out our bathroom ceiling and took all the lights out of the bedroom and we have yet to see hide or hair of the construction crew who is supposed to do the repairs."

The new management came into a hot mess and they have done amazing trying to get everything back on track and running smoothly. "I've heard that they may be under new management now but when I was living here it was by far the worst experience I've had in the 18+ houses I've lived in. Mold AND asbestos in the attic that they proceeded to deal with in my BEDROOM with only 2 weeks before I moved out. I had to deal with a giant tube and tons of dust in the room I slept in yet they refused to let me cancel the lease early so I could move somewhere with safe living conditions. On top of that I had to do all my move out cleaning the day my lease was up because that was also the first day in 2 weeks that they weren't in the attic and proceeded to get .13 cents back from my deposit. Not to mention all the times the water was turned off with little or no notice depending on the day and the non existent parking that they won't give you parking passes for even if it's in your lease. Would never consider ever moving back, clearly not a safe and healthy place to live."

New management at TMG, the office staff is amazing, Kimberly is wonderful and pleasure too work with. Maintenance staff, Alex is prompt to actually fix things correctly. TMG has plans to due renovations; this is an amazing location and love the layout and Sf has to offer, includes courtyard and playground. Allow TMG the time, opportunity to bring the potential beauty back to this property! Take care. ❤"
