"I had a tour scheduled today and I called an hour before to confirm it. I show up 5 mins early and the office is locked, and it looked like they were having a meeting. A very nice maintenance man talked to me saying they will be done in a few minutes and let the staff know I was there. I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time outside in the rain for them to open the door. They didn't even bother to acknowledge me for 30 seconds to let me know they were running behind. I ended up leaving and have yet to receive an apology. I was really looking forward to touring here because it was #1 on my list. I am upset because they were not respectful of my time, and I'm really disappointed in the leasing staff's behavior."
"I do not recommend this to anyone due the following experiences we had to go through in the past 2+ years living there. 1. The leasing office staff is unproffessional and ingorant. We gave my wife's details including SSN to add her as a tenant. One year later, they have lost the documents and information, and telling us she was never a tenant. But we had proof to show that we made a payment to add my wife as a tenant, so they couldn't deny it. But they lost our personal info and kind of slip away from the question when we ask about it. 2. We had to go to the leasing office 5 times just to get move out documents from them. Staff is not very helpfull when we tried to move out. 3. We were on 1-year lease in 2022. We requested to extend lease by another one-year for 2023. Person at the leasing office said everything is done from their side, but it never went through. Several months later we found that we were living on a month to month basis."
"It's 4:30pm and it's pouring rain out. I've just got home to work and my shoes which are on a shoe rack near the door are absolutely drenched in dirty water from power washing. Poor me thinking that my shoes would be safe in my own home, right? My door does not have a proper seal underneath even after work was done on the doors of my building by management. It was definitely not ready for when this man decides to absolutely spray my door with pressurized water. When asked to be mindful about the power washing, the only response I was given was "Better get a towel, there's nothing I can do". There was no warning whatsoever about this task being done. It's crazy because if you decide to renew your lease, they'll even bump it up to the legal limit regardless. I could say more, but I'm just going to say that I've also tried to add someone to the lease at one point. That personal information was mishandled by a temp they had hired and that process was halted when they left. This information included a SSN, previous addresses, and employers. We were told that it had been lost. If you do decide to move in anyway, have some extra funds for when maintenance workers tap into your electric bill so they can finish their endless task of renovating this place to people they can absolutely neglect. Your water will also be shut down about 8-10 times throughout the year for, again, maintenance reasons. I am not a man of God but I will say, this management needs some sort of divine power for the disconnect this rental company has with its tenants. Great location though."
"I've lived here for a year and a half, and the way that the office staff & matenience staff have been revamped and have stepped up is incredible. With the new staff, if I approach with issues, I am almost always listened to and the problems are fixed. The landscaping is beautiful, and any problems that are happening within my apartment are solved within 1-3 buisiness days. When I renewed my lease last time, they also didn't raise my rent (added bonus)."
"In the 2 years I have been here, the mailboxes were broken into multiple times. Management was told by police, residents, and the post office that our mailboxes were not secure. It took another year, and another break in and resident info stolen for the apartments to Finally change it. Construction has been horrifying managed, and causing property and resident property damage. Construction will use residents power without telling them. Management says they will reimburse, but they won't openly tell residents here. Parking is a nightmare. Expect to pay for a spot, and possibly a garage. Communication between office and maintenance is poor at best. The office will put out flyers detailing a required walk in on "x" day, and maintenance will show up the day before. So many unnecessary walk ins. Do you want an apartment where you constantly have to be at thr scheduling whims of your complex? If so, then this place is for you. Rent is raised by 9.89% the absolute upper limit before breaking state law."
