"It amazingly quiet and everything pretty clean. Neighbors are really nice. And we always can find a place to park at any hour! The share spaces are great to meet the neighbors"
"Lovely, well maintained complex, with great people at the front desk. Really enjoy living here, so far, as a disabled individual, it's easily navigated."
"No built in ac units. Very restrictive policies in place. Areas do get taken care of but all it does is make me wish I had my own house instead."
"This place sucks. My boyfriend & I moved in late November 2020, we signed the lease a month in advance they knew exactly when we’d be moving in & had over a month to prepare the unit. Move in day we walk into a broken fridge (threw out tons of food due to this & they did nothing to help us), toilet, garbage disposal. The washer & dryer was not hooked up, the bathroom was disgusting, there was garbage left over from previous tenants hiding behind the kitchen drawers & the fire place (if I remember correctly) was not usable the first 3 months we lived there (the entirety of winter… in Oregon). The back sliding door was broken & our back patio was slippery, didn’t even bother power washing it until we asked something be done. They charge you a trash fee & on top of that they charge you an extra $25 a month for them to come pick up your garbage, 30% of the time they wouldn’t even pick it up. Had some work done on the post next to my car port, didn’t ask me to move my vehicle beforehand so I got paint chips & concrete all over my car, how did they handle this? “free car wash on us!” When we finally got keys for a garage it was filled with someone else’s stuff (didn’t bother to check before renting it out?) Had a neighbor that constantly picked fights with other residents, blew his air horn in the middle of the night & constantly had the cops called on - apartment manager did absolutely nothing. I decorated our back patio with Christmas lights because there wasn’t a single light back there (we were facing the forest reserve) did a patio check across the entire complex & told me I needed to take them down within 72 hours, so I did. Wasn’t an issue the first 8 months we lived there then started noticing other residents had the same exact decorations as us & was never forced to remove them. The light to our stairwell only worked in total a month out of the 13 months we lived here. Honestly, the manager - Vanessa - she sucks. Her attitude stinks, she degrades you, acts like she’s better than everyone, can’t even crack a decent smile & obviously can’t train new employees very well or keep the same employees for more than 3 months (she seems like the type to micro manage, wouldn’t want to live here nor work here). Constantly closed the office due to “staff shortages”. Maintenance guys were always very nice & respectful of our living space, but it always took at least a week or two for a 10 minute job, it is a big complex but speed it up boys… I had nasty dirty sink water sitting for a few days & we didn’t even want to use the only bathroom because it smelled so bad, took the dude a couple minutes to fix. Once we had an issue with our rent, they didn’t tell us until after rent was considered late & if I hadn’t argued they would’ve made us pay the late fee, after that we weren’t allowed to use the online portal to pay our rent. Lawn mowers & leaf blowers blast right outside your bedroom window as early as 6 am every single week, couldn’t manage to take care of the leaking gutters all around our building tho.. priorities right? Let’s wake up our residents to keep the grass cut but allow their back patios to become a slip n slide due to lack of roof/gutter care. After we moved out we cleaned that unit top to bottom, IT WAS SPOTLESS (I love to clean & I know that place was cleaner than when we moved in) First received a bill for about $140, a week later sent an invoice to Jetty for almost $900 in “cleaning” and “paint” fees. Don’t live here, it’s not Greystar that sucks, it’s the management. They’re scammers & will milk you for all the money they “legally” can. I recently had to reach out because a package was accidentally sent to that address & it was stolen, what does Vanessa do?? Nothing, of course. They’re terrible at communicating & if you value even the slightest bit of that, I would highly … HIGHLY … recommend living elsewhere."
"I've lived here since 2010. While management has changed several times and it is getting a bit hard to afford the cost of rent, the staff has always been friendly and maintenance has been largely responsive. Yesterday, during the annual unit inspection, we mentioned the fact that our external building light and apartment numbers were obscured by the lovely rhododendron outside and that the step to the stairs was hard to see. By the end of the day they had trimmed the rhododendron bush and painted the step to make it visible. It would be nice to have a railing on the step that was painted, but I don't think the height is sufficient to meet accommodation requirements."
