"Rent payment system is straight broken and I've sent dozens of emails and made contact with the mgmt office multiple times over it to no avail. The apartments are not up to code, leak air like a sieve, we no longer have a maintenance portal (not that it was ever expedient) nor do we have any way to see what our utilities were, just one flat charge. Stay away."
"4/5 stars. So far I’ve had a good experience at the ridge. David in the main office was my leasing contact and he went above and beyond with consistant communication. I toured the property 2x and as soon as my application was in I got approved the next day. I felt that David was very on top of it and especially for being new to the property, he made me feel at ease and comfortable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I knew the pricing and what my move in bill would look like. Definitely an asset to Centro management and the deciding factor of why we choose the ridge to lease from. I give David 5/5 stars, but the only things I would improve on are parking and also I can hear my neighbors upstairs until 12:30 at night. The walls are very thin, and seems like management doesn’t take noise complaints very seriously or that they care too much."
"The property looks nice, and my unit seemed to have everything I was looking for, but I have few positive things to say about this place. It's impossible to contact management. It takes so long to fulfill a maintenance request (although the maintenance people are very nice) that you're better off attempting to fix things yourself. All of my appliances (provided in the apartment) are horrible quality and don't work properly. I consistently have to run the dishwasher, washer, and dryer, multiple times for them to work. I feel like I have no privacy in my apartment with it being right across from the office. If you have no other choice but to rent here, get a unit far away from the office, and expect to run your dishes and clothes multiple times to get them clean. If you are management reading this, please don't contact me about this review. This review is just for prospective residents to know what it's like to live here."
"My family and I applied for an apartment at the ridge, and the leasing agent Dan was amazing!!! He was very attentive and courteous, kept me in the know of what was going on with available units and my application process! He put me on the waiting list for a bigger apartment after I was approved and called me as soon as there was a ossicle opening and let me come view that apartment also! He also offered me water each time I came by the apartments to check in and was very friendly and outgoing! Probably the best experience I’ve had looking for a rental he made the process smooth and painless!!"
"I lived at this place for five years. I had to move apartment because my whole kitchen was sinking in. I was not compensated for the move. I moved out in July and the maintenance guy from Arizona promised to move out the rest of my things for free. Because I gave him my couch, microwave, toaster, kitchen table and chairs. I had a $750 deposit which they took. And now I am being charged $1,000 for moving out. These apartments are a joke. The management has been switched at least 6 times in the 5 years. Please be warned of these apartments. Update: actually Samantha the company did know I had to move because my kitchen was sinking in. It was three or four managers before you. I completely understand that when you move out you have to remove everything, but when you have your employees promise that they will get the rest of your things out. You change maintenance men so often because you're horrible to work with."
