"Not a renter, but was a potential renter. Set up a viewing over the phone was told to call to let them know I was there because the office is separate from the building, cool. Got to the apartment 15mins earlier, tried to call the number that received a call from, line kept ringing, called 3-4 more times…no one picked up. Went to their website attempted to call the number there…again nonstop ringing. I waited outside for 15 mins taut to see if someone would come…no one came. Then I got a automated email after thanking for viewing the apartment, I never even got inside the building. So if you are looking to rent in Portland, maybe look elsewhere."

"Stay away from this property. The building is lousy with bedbugs. Don't get locked into a contract here. They will not take your complaints seriously and will make you pay for exterminators/treatment."

"We moved in two years ago and everything was ok until this complex got bed bugs. They keep lying about how it’s only a few apartments but everyone I’ve talked to has them. They won’t let us out of our contract or take this problem serious. I would definitely suggest not living here because they don’t care and you will have homeless people and drug addicts harassing you."

"When we moved into this complex last year there was a lot of issues to put it lightly. They hadn’t properly reset the apartment so the water heater was broken, sink leaked and There were bugs. They ended up fixing most of the issues thankfully but we got off on the wrong foot to begin with. There are problems with messages not being returned from the office. Maintenance is having difficulty properly fixing issues. Communication could be much better from the management on these issues. They make it look pretty but it doesn’t really function. Very much sad about the lack of care from the leasing office"
