"The management took a $300 deposit from my relative to hold an apartment. After all was done, they didn't give her the apartment, but kept the $300."
"The main office people are very difficult to get a hold of and rarely do anything to help fix any issues. It is a smoke-free complex per the lease agreement but there is consistently smoking in the units that travels into my unit and has been an ongoing problem for several months with many attempts at speaking to the main office just to get brushed off. It is disgusting and so unhealthy for the children living in the unit, especially ones like mine with medical conditions that affect their lungs."
"I spent just over 3 years in one of their 3 apartments on the same block. The Complexes are getting a facelift and it is looking good. The Current Manager is a good guy, three years ago he helped me with my application process. For a place that has "low-income" housing it wasn't a slum-lord situation. The Appliances in my unit weren't fancy or modern, but they were functional. It may have been my water heater, but i would recommend a filter in the shower because the normal water left me feeling gross. The bathroom ventilation is automatic based upon humidity and movement, so both good and bad. The interior door frame are no good for pull ups... broke my frame and fell down on the second pull up. The only complaint I have and I might have done it to myself. When I left a portion of my items had a slight smell and some had a yellow hue on them. algae, mold, forgot to flush a few times? I'm not so sure. The lock-down situation made things challenging but their changes were sensible. This is a Great area for running. paths, parks, ponds, power lines.. hah got another P word. There is a Local gym only a few blocks away next to the shopping area, but the cost is anything but free. The Complex does have a small gym room, but it needs an update of the variety kind. Coming back around to the staff. 95% of my staff interactions have been decent, plus I am a decently memorable person in those parts. The last thing and it being quite minor is the parking. We could use more parking there and for the guests as well. In addition to that, I don't like not being able to back into my parking spot because I drive a full size truck, parking nose-in makes things challenging and slower to finally park. Overall, I would consider going back. The Area, close to highway 26, the parks, the stores, a short drive for more shopping or movie theaters. Good place, good people."
"The officer are incompetent, idle and good for nothing, when I applied at this apartment, I revealed my condition as a foreigner with legal, and put my name on the waiting list. After 3months, when my turn came, I let them know my passport number and made application with application fee. Definitely My application got passed through the procedure, but all of sudden, after passing that, they said unless you have a US passport, you are not permitted to this apartment. I Already sent a 30day notice to current apartment to move in this apartment, and paid application fee though, they only appear consistent response that it's your fault. My request that pay back the application fee was disregarded, and I blew up my time and money. Still don't understand why they didn't explain when I applied, and they were so rude. Why they didn't admit their fault. What I had felt From when I put my name on the waiting list was they were so impolite. Due to expenses of the monthly fee of this apartment, I had withstood their attitude, but it was my mistake. If you want to move in this apartment, you should have prepared to suffer from their impolite."
"I've only lived here about a week and a half, but so far I'm loving it! Had an issue with my hot water so I reported it yesterday, they immediately came to look at it and today I have a brand new water heater. I'm a young woman living in a ground floor unit, but I feel completely safe and at home. So far the office staff has been so nice and accommodating, they already know me by name. Some of the tenants don't clean up after themselves (dog poop, cigarette butts) but the regular yard maintenance make up for it. I have no complaints (:"
