"I scheduled an appointment to take a tour of the available studio. My contact Francis handed me off to his guy Gary who was working on the windows in the available unit. I was asking simple standard questions about the place, like parking policy and other units inside. I was asking if there were other units deeper in that's available because I didn't want traffic noise. Then I asked if all the units were similar, then Gary bursted out with impatience stating that if I don't like the place, I should go find some place else. I'm like wow, I was just asking questions about the place that i might be living in, if this first impression is this rude, I wouldn't want to live in a building with this kind of staff around. What If I need something in the unit to be fixed, it would be a hassle just to ask. No thanks, they just lost a future tenant."
