"I had a good experience with Cascades. Friendly staff members are always a great sign. I can’t give it more than 3 stars because they failed to talk to another tenant who assaulted me, had loud music and marijuana smell from the outside. Prior to that tenant living in, everything was peaceful and I would have given this review 5 stars, but unfortunately the Cascades became an unsafe place."

"Very good experience living here. Maintenance is done quickly and apartment complex is clean, well kept. Staff is very nice and willing to help you. Neighbors are good people. Only complaint I have is sometimes the neighbors let their dogs loose. And some have aggressive pitbulls. Not sure if it is safe letting my child play by herself outside."

"I love the Cascades! Me and my Fiance have lived here for 4 months now and it's amazing! Our unit was in great shape when we moved in and any issues we have had since have been fixed promptly. The staff are friendly, and the grounds are well kept. Also, there is a free car-port for every unit! Me and my fiance have never had trouble finding extra parking when we need it. There is a large field of bright green grass right out behind our unit. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, spacious apartment in a nice area, with great, helpful staff, look no further than the Cascades."

"My wife and I have lived in the Cascades apartments for a year now and we have been very happy with it. The staff have been extremely nice to us and are very helpful. Maintenance is usually on any given issue in less than a day and the maintenance guys are all super friendly. We have had one issue that came up with a busted tub that we were very frustrated with, but the staff worked with us and more than made it up to us with rent help and offers to clean our carpets for free. Overall we have really liked living here. I would like to have given five stars, but our rent jumped $130 in one year and it has made it a lot harder to afford to live here. Besides the rent increase it has been a very pleasant experience run by a very great company with staff that genuinely care about us and our family."

"I lived in the Cascades Apartments for almost 4 years and eventually moved out to relocate for my new job. I can't say enough great things about things about the staff that work here. I've lived in many apartments over the years and the Cascades, hands down, has the greatest maintenance service I've ever seen. They respond to pretty much any problem, they're lightning fast (I'm talking within hours), and their extremely friendly. Not to mention, I was never charged for anything. On top of this the rent for how much space I was getting was a steal and they were also very flexible on the lease length. Month to month wasn't very different in price from a longer lease. My one recommendation if you live here is to note that some units are fairly close to the freeway. So if you don't like freeway noise, be sure to pick one of the many units that aren't directly against the road. - Matthew Williams #A-11"
