Reviews of Fairview Court
"We have lived here a few years now and love the community vibe. We know and enjoy our neighbors. Only complaints would be those who drive fast through our narrow community streets. Speed bumps would be a nice addition."
"It's a great place to live. They keep grounds clean and respond to maintenance needs quickly. Parking could be better but it is what it is."
"Very thin walls. We could hear someone blasting music from two units over. Management doesn't really do anything regarding noise complaints and thats if you can get ahold of management in the first place. People will park too close to your garage making it difficult to get in or out of your garage for hours. Only management is allowed to get cars towed. A lot of inspections. We got a bill in the mail for $860 that we now owe on top of our deposit upon moving out. Management is aware of loud and aggressive tenants and let's them stay. Update: Place is under new management. Because of this, there was an issue with trying to get the damages paid. I was communicating with them via email to try and get this paid. They were having issues due to it being an account from a separate property manager. I was waiting for an answer even though we had just spoken last week. Today, I got a letter from collections. Despite me communicating and trying to work this out with them, they still sent me to collections. They are also very poor with communication and getting ahold of (much like the previous management). Be careful renting from them, they will send you to collections even when you are actively trying to pay them."
"There is never any parking. Told by management we could park in front of our garage until night fall. Had our cars towed and ticketed for doing so. Called to complain to manager they told us to call the tow company who told us to call the patrol company who told us to call our management. Maintenance is never kept up on. The whole year we lived there they never fixed our washer. Dryer door handle broke and it was never fixed. Floors are unsealed and the laminate is laid directly on concrete that is settling and cracking. The apartment was filthy when we moved in with black spots on bottom of doors. It was never painted before we moved in. Tubs were grimy and gross. And they still took our whole deposit for cleaning and painting. Doors would stick and concrete was cracking under the floor causing the laminate to come up. Floors were stained and within just months of moving in all the toilet seats broke from how cheap they were. Master bath sink leaks and all maintenance did was come tighten the pipes. This happens three times. They were never fixed correctly. All belongings under the sink were destroyed. Would NEVER recommend these apartments."
"Moved from out of state thinking this place would be a good place to live temporarily with my family. This building is next to stone brook a condominium community. The second I pull in with our moving truck I get yelled at! apparently the condominium community is upset that there is not a fence to separate the town homes. I get harassed almost on a daily because we drive on "their" street! My kids are also being harassed I called the managers several times and was told to call the non emergency if they said anything to me. According to the police they can say what they want to there is no threat so they can say whatever they want. Oh and my water was shut off cause the previous renter didn't pay their bill! I told them when I first moved in I couldn't put the water in my name cause there was a past due balance I expressed this to the manager nothing was done and now I'm left without water and it won't be turned on till the next day because they have to get an approval for payment from corporate. Oh one last thing of you live here don't expect to have guests. There is no where to park! Most people that live here don't use their garage or have more then one vehicle."
