"Run from this trashy diseased place! I pay 1500+ to live in a place that had trash everywhere! No one that works here does anything about it. Add on the homeless, breaking into cars, and the low income housing that’s pays virtually nothing while trashing the place. I will get my money back and leave as soon as I can."
"I lived here between '08 and '10. It wasn't too terrible, I actually really liked the pool (at the time; I can't speak for it now), but, even back then, the neighborhood was considered more on the rough side. As terms of security and laundry/office hours that I see a lot of new tenants complaining about: this isn't a new problem. Even 15 years ago, I found the office and laundry facilities locked during business hours. Don't let them tell you that it's because of Covid or that "nobody wants to work anymore" because this seems to be a chronic problem and a ethics one at that."
"Where do I begin….. when I first moved in they screwed up my lease….. also lied about amenities…. Laundry is open ONLY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE OPENING IT…. Security that patrols my @$$ only come to lock up the laundry rooms at night… my car has been broken into 2 the second time completely destroyed it AND it’s the tweakers that now live here and allow their homeless friends to come cause problems and keep you up all night…. The office is never open and paying you utilities well you not only paying for your share but now the homeless population that camps in their cars in the parking lot…. Pretty sure they are also dealing with all the foot traffic in and out…."
"I've been living here with my husband for almost 3 years now and it was really nice in the first year we lived here. It's definitely gone downhill and it's really upsetting. Office hours haven't changed, but yet there is NEVER anybody in the office on most days. If there is, there's a chance they closed early without any notice or go on breaks that seemingly last forever. I do not own a car, thus having a laundry room next to our apartment building that's accessible for us is great. But they NEVER open the laundry room for us to even do our laundry. It's incredibly frustrating. It's 3PM on a Sunday, the ONLY day I get to be able to go and do laundry out of the week since all of us work all day. When I get there, it's still locked? Tried calling the office, no answer. I even tried calling their other property and no answer either. This is incredibly frustrating and I cannot stand it. I work all day, as well as my roommates and we do not have the ability to just wait until tomorrow or whenever they decide to open to doors. If you want to see this place improve, PLEASE open the doors back up to be 24/7. There was a break-in that made them lock the doors at night-- but the machines no longer allow coins anymore anyways. So I don't understand why we still lock them. I play just about $1,600 a month to live here. This is possibly one of the worst areas to live in Vancouver right now with the crime and homeless activity. I expect that if I have to pay this every month that at the very least the laundry rooms would be open for us to be able to use. Once this is fixed, and things start to improve again I will change my review but this is so frustrating to live here at this point. I have no other words. Edit: I want to note that the staff workers are nice and pleasant people, but the status of the complex as a whole has deteriorated. That isn’t their fault, but the management’s."
"The communication between residents and the management is a downright nightmare, we have had to ask them several times over six months to replace our dishwasher because it randomly stopped working 6 Months Ago. And they still haven't fixed it, we also have a horrible roofing issue and black mold damage throughout the ceiling that was there before we moved in and is causing electrical issues and they still haven't addressed that either. They also randomly shut off the water all the time and tell us through email two hours after they've already shut it off. the washers and dryers are constantly breaking because everything they purchase is as cheap as possible to make sure the owners make maximum profit on apartments that some people are paying upwards of 1200$ for??? This place is a deathtrap waiting to happen and the communication between their employees and the random managers that have change over and over again needs to get better."
