"Update: they finally took care of the issue with the encampment! But they still didn't install a fence to prevent future issues. Original: Our property manager, Alisa, is excellent and cares about the community. Unfortunately the owner and/or management company do not seem to see things the same way. A few weeks ago I witnessed someone from the homeless encampment behind the building attempt to break into one of the first floor apartments. Fortunately it was unoccupied as I believe it's up for rent - the previous tenant had recently moved out. Fortunately I caught them in the act and they left. But they still live just behind the complex on state land by the highway, such that the police can't remove the encampment or do much about them. By the way, there have been several homeless encampments out there before, and different characters walking to / from the highway through our parking lot, and nothing has been done about it. The owner could easily install a fence on their property to protect residents, but there's been a ton of hemming and hawing about that, apparently. I would not recommend moving in here until they start taking this issue as seriously as the residents do, and use some of their profits to install a fence instead of just pocketing our rent money and not providing much value to the community beyond that."
"Alisa has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for her residents to ensure a safe environment for all who live there. Any maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of has been dealt with with urgency."
"Big apartments. I e lived here for four year we have had 8 landlords in that time period. The last landlord Alli runs around telling the tenants business, peeking in windows. Taking pictures of people's dying family members. Harassing people. Lying. Flirting with tenants. And when reported to bret at Norris and Stevens he did nothing. He was rude and unprofessional and would not give a higher ups contact so I can report him to! Slot of crime and cops in this neighborhood along with nosey neighbors."
"4 out of 5 stars for many reasons. 1. The new manager is amazing! Great job Ali! 2. Most of the neighbors are nice. Even if some don't seem nice at first the more you stay in this community the more you like it! 3. Living Space is phenomenal with its kitchen and living quarters. When I moved in it felt like I was back in my apartment in D.C, Its safe for my family to visit and kept me at comfort. Recently having to move was a tough decision and I really did not want to leave. The past manager was out of line which is why this isn't 5 stars. Ali (The new Manager) has always helped me with meeting people and got me through depression. Overall I recommend these apartments."
