"Edit: I've renewed my lease a couple times since first posting this. I love how the living experience is so consistently high quality. The services and staff are top notch. I feel lucky to be here. I like living here; it’s almost new, quiet, well run, clean and stylish. Probably my favorite thing about it is the location. It is a ‘destination’ area, somewhere separate from the rest of Vancouver, but right there, a place where people take their families when they visit kind of locale. So it’s a great place to go for walks, the river right outside your door."

"I've lived in five different apartment buildings, and my experience at Riverwest has been by far the best. The independent management team, led by Jack and Marisol, is exceptional. They've not only excelled at their jobs but also made my girlfriend and me feel incredibly welcome. Their genuine kindness goes beyond what you'd expect, treating us like friends and family. I recall a challenging situation where Jack had my back, assuring me that everything would be okay. The maintenance team is equally impressive. These three cheerful individuals are always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Even the night security guard, Chris, is a great guy. Residents often visit his office to say hello. Everyone at Riverwest contributes to making it a fantastic community. Thank you again, guys!"

"I never imagined that I would be able to live on the water, and in a vibrant up and coming neighborhood, but I was able to move into RiverWest Apartments two and a half years ago. The first words that I heard when I arrived were "Welcome Home". Jack Livingston, (Manager), warmly welcomed me and helped me with everything that I needed to make my move as easy as possible. He and his staff have always been available to help with any questions or concerns that I may have had. In addition to Jack, Marisol Lozano (Assistant Manager) is also wonderful. She is knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Jack and Marisol always greet me with smiles, and genuinely ask how I have been when I haven't seen them for a while. They always go over and above to make sure that I am well taken care of and happy. Although I have only needed a few minor repairs in my apartment, the maintenance team, Larry and James, are always able to determine the cause of problems, and promptly carry out repairs. They are also very friendly. I trust them to enter my apartment whenever necessary. i feel lucky to have found RiverWest, and even more fortunate that Jack, Marisol, Larry and James are here to make me feel comfortable, safe, and "at Home"."

"Riverwest is a fantastic place to live! Modern building from 2019, with modern features like smart locks. It's also located right along the Columbia river, in a very walk friendly part of Vancouver. Jeff on the management team has made the move in experience very easy and pleasant. He's always very friendly and listens to your concerns/helps solve any problems you might run into. I'm really glad I made the choice to move here!"

"We were fortunate enough to be one of the first residents to sign a lease at Riverwest. The leasing office hadn't even opened yet when we wanted to tour the units and Kari met us and gave us a hard hat tour of the property and answered all the questions we had. Kari has gone above and beyond throughout our stay here at Riverwest. We have had many questions regarding the building, the area, maintenance, etc. and she has always helped us with any of our concerns very quickly and thoroughly. She has never made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her, even when when we made mistakes such as not understanding how the rent payment system worked for the first few months. Both her and Jack have been extremely patient in showing me step by step how to use this system... and even re-explained this and other things that were new to me and my husband at this property. Kari always makes herself available when we ask to speak with her, despite being busy running this building and showing equal respect and attentiveness to other tenants. I often deal with Jack on a one on one basis as well. He is very knowledgeable, prompt in responding to my questions and patient as well. It is really nice to have a team in the office like them in case either me or my husband have any concerns. It makes a big difference having people with this level of professionalism when moving to a new city and a new location... it takes away a lot of stress knowing that they are there to help and that the building is going to be run well and safely. I also wanted to say that Larry and the rest of the maintenance team have been an incredible help since we arrived here. We had a few issues with appliances and a couple of small things that needed repair due to some material defects in our unit. He has fixed all of these issues promptly, always responding to maintenance requests the same day I make them. His positive attitude and high level of workmanship is greatly appreciated. I trust both Larry and his team to enter our unit and make repairs even if we are away from home because they have demonstrated their professionalism, care for our property and excellent work. Overall I am very happy here at Riverwest. The property has always clean and secure... This is a direct result of the work that this team puts in on a daily basis. Living in close proximity to other residents in an apartment building during the current Covid-19 pandemic could be very unpleasant. However, Kari (with the help of her office and the maintenance team) is doing an excellent job of keeping the building clean, sanitized, organized with excellent communication via email about new information regarding the situation. I would recommend this property to any of my friends or family looking to rent in the Vancouver area."
