"I wish the last review that Diamond Vision posted was true, when I move in to this building I was hoping for all the luxury that I am paying for but systems keep going down and repairs are always so delayed, the pool has been down for almost 3 months the gym has equipment that was broken for weeks the call box was down for over a week the communication from Ave5 is minimal and sometime not even there. We had a pipe burst that cost so much damage to apartments that people had to move out or placed in other apartments and being told they now can’t leave because of the move new apartment even tho they did not sign new leases…. I mean I paid for a view so at least I still have that but man I feel ripped off paying for amenities that have been lacking…"
"Looking for moderately priced living, animal friendly, good neighboring community, nice, friendly knowledgeable office management. Indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and fitness accommodations area. Newly built construction not to mention the maintenance technician sure has the eye for up keeping this building with a well polished curb appeal that maintains the natural beauty, setting a higher standard in a variety of avenues. One way being it's appearance which dominates over the neighboring competition."
"Lots of issues. Mostly around security. The mail room is just a lobby so things get stolen all the time. They won’t review cameras or anything so I would just send stuff elsewhere and pick up. Lost a lot of goods. Pool was broken most of the time. Same with hot tub. Super unreliable. Support is really just bad. Got new management in 2024, isn’t any better. they apparently didn’t read the lease before taking my money. I had to go through a dispute process just to get my deposit. And then they sent it to the wrong address. And refused to fix it. So yeah I may never get my deposit back. Just expect that level of service."
"I've tried to hold off as long as possible before writing this review because I was hoping the new office team would eventually get it together, but they've been in charge for over a month now and we have STILL not received urgent repairs on maintenance requests that were submitted nearly 2 months ago. Our balcony door is clearly not fully attached to the frame, causing a significant draft. Water and snow are seeping in through the crack between the door. Our heating bill is at least double what it should be and our entire apartment is still cold. The office has lied to us multiple times about when we can expect a repair. The first few times I called they said a maintenance person would come the NEXT DAY, only to call a third time and discover from another temp employee that we couldn't expect a maintenance person for at least another 2 weeks. When we finally did have a maintenance person come look at the issues two Fridays ago, he told us he needed to order the supplies over the weekend and that he'd be back on Monday to begin repairs. It's now been over a week since we've heard from him. I understand there has been some organization issues going on with their office, but it's not okay to lie to your tenants. These are serious maintenance issues that are not only unfairly impacting our pocketbook, but are also making our apartment uncomfortable to live in. We would NOT have signed a lease if we would have known this incompetent team would take over just three short months after the start of our year here."
"We moved in here a couple weeks ago. Already having and noticing many issues with the buildings construction/maintenance. Management just changed so now I probably have to submit new requests. None of our maintenance requests were ever resolved with the last management company. We have a door that doesn’t close all the way leading to our balcony - reported it and the maintenance guy gave me some spiel about it not being a straight forward fix and ordering parts/etc would take a long time. It’s freezing in that room. We don’t even use it. He didn’t care. The pool/spa is always dirty - not sure if the other tenants know that they are supposed to bathe before coming into the water, it’s not a bathtub but it’s treated as such. Gross. The streets nearby, don’t even get me started. My last Uber drive said “I’m sad you live there, you must be so uncomfortable going outside” - he is indeed right - homeless people walking around, nearby tent encampments, and cars getting vandalized left and right. Anyways, unless you absolutely must - definitely don’t live here. I’ll be moving out as soon as my lease term is over. I’ll be surprised if they ever fix the door or any of the other things I submitted maintenance requests for before I move out, cause so far I’ve heard nothing back. Super sad that they don’t care. This could be a nice place to live. It’s just poorly maintained and managed."
