"They like to steal money from people and not answer calls, they don't have good mantience employees they have bad manors and grammar. They told me they lost my keys and ignored me for a week and then said they found them after ignoring me for a week. They are not professional at all and will make up reasons why you don get your deposits back none of sinks are sealed into counter and everything was falling apart before I moved in"

"We moved from Vegas two years ago at right to this appartment. We still regret until now. one24 apartment does NOT deserve even 1 star but I have no Choice. Me and my husband can't wait to move out! All they want you is to pay what ever it adds up every year without NO GOOD SERVICE! We have to wait forever the maintenance to fix one thing in the appropriate. The workers have ZERO manners! They switched our parking parking space a year ago without even discussing or letting us know and we found out somone parked there and later they told us the reason, this is bad! We pay 1,400+ for 2 bedrooms and we don't get the right SERVICE we ask or should have. I don't recommend my family member to rent here at all. But we love the people here in the neighborhoods our kids love to ride a buck and play around with other kids. That's the only things it makes us calm down. WE CANT WAIT OUR LEASE TO BE OVER!"

"I don't normally leave reviews on anything im a pretty easy goin person... But if you are looking to rent an apartment here DO NOT!!! first off the staff is incredibly un professional. Second I came in 2 days after a co worker signed a lease here to look for my self to my surprise for the exact same unit my co-worker pays 1260 in rent my rent is 1430 now remember this is 2 days after my co worker signed a lease and moved in... So they are 100% taking advantage of the current covid crisis.. Second they make up the rules as they go I have a current leasing agreement with them that has multiples "rules" not listed. For example I counted 9 units with window ac units I nicely asked the manager if I can install my own or dose maintenance take care of that sorta thing... I was then told they are against the rules and if I put one in I will get a notification???? What ever that may mean. So I asked what about the 9 units that have them?? She smiled and said well there not allowed and that was it... Soooo your telling me only certain people can have an ac window unit???? By far the most shady place I have ever rented.. The second I find a new place I will be leaving they can keep the deposit at this point... Sorry to see some managers and companies have zero ethic or morals. I will be staying on top of the units to make sure they are removed... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! On top of all that after I signed my lease and paid my deposit the manager then decided to let me know I pay all utility's on top of rent..... I will for sure be looking into every Avenue possible to report this place and how they do business."

"The manager and the management are horrible people. They do not care about the people, You cannot back in your car or your car gets towed...What the hell is that.? I explained my situation since I have a longer truck, its easier to back it in, but they do not care yet they threatened with immediate towing. Theres a parking space by the entrance that if you dont back in you can't even park, because theres a Bush overhanging the parking spot, I told them about it and the maintenance guy who threatened me just shook his shoulder. That proves to me that they don't care to do what's right but just follow their stupid policy blindly. Can't wait to get out of here."
