Family First Insurance: Allstate Insurance

"I have had Allstate insurance for years and thought very highly of them until my most recent policy renewal. Allstate's financial department has some weird policies that discriminate against people struggling with finances, even after I repeatedly called them and informed them of everything and gave a timeline of when my new card would become active (seriously I lost my card and had to order a new one, thats it, and now I have to pay significantly more) . Sadly, I will be switching to another insurance company. This specific location has its own separate problems as well. Most of the staff is incompetent and everyone there told me different things, constantly apologized, said they would figure it out and never did. The main insurance agent, said he would take care of everything after the pay period and to call him then, I did, and he was gone on vacation.... 2 stars because everything used to be great, until one little accident. This whole frustrating process happened over the course of multiple weeks for them to finally tell me my issue could never be resolved. Really unhappy. Just make sure you NEVER have to order a new debit card due to loss or theft cuz this office doesn't know how to handle it."
