Beverly Court Studio Apartments

"I truly enjoyed my few months stay at the Beverly Court Apartments. I had moved from one airbnb to another in an attempt to find a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live for a short but somewhat indefinite amount of time. When I finally found these apartments, which are far more than the ordinary apartments, I found everything I was looking for and much more. They were a step back to a simpler time, and although being studios, they didn’t feel small, and my furnished room felt homey and peaceful. The management (the owners) were absolutely fantastic; they did things like decorating the (secured) inside of the building during the holidays, and making a shovel available for everyone during the snow; they made you feel welcomed without crowding your space, and they responded quickly to questions. The apartments were very clean, quiet, and had a secure entrance. Although there is no assigned parking, a parking permit to park on the street is issued by the city, and I rarely had an issue finding parking. I truly won the apartment lottery when I found these apartments."

"I wish there was some sort of assigned parking garage or space. However, all the other conveniences make up for it. Almost everything is at a walking distance. A block or two down are restaurants (Thai, Japanese, etc.), the Esther Short park (farmer's market on Saturdays!), a convenience store, banks, dry cleaners, etc. The management also takes pride in the upkeep of the property, so expect to live in a charming and clean environment. I really enjoyed the decorations inside the building, which is only accessible by those with permission, by the way. Moreover,, I highly recommend their furnished apartments. They are very limited in number but are just perfect for those who seek an even more convenient living experience. The furnishings were clean and reflected the charm of the historical building. I am saddened to have only lived there for a short period of time, but if I had to live in Vancouver again, I will definitely choose Beverly Court."

"I've lived here since Feb 1/2016. The building is great, the owners/managers are great people, and I love my apartment. I won't lie, there are two things that are minor nuisances: parking (which is every person for themselves, but the city does issue residents free parking permits), and the showers are a little on the cozy side. But, there's a seemingly unending supply of hot water, and good pressure. I'm exceedingly happy here, and whole-heartedly recommend it."

"I lived at this building for 4 months while looking for a house to buy. I could not have wished for a better place. The management (the Arden family) was super nice and took great pride in keeping this historic gem neat and clean. The first thing I noticed is the clean smell when I walked into the building unlike most older buildings. The location of the building was excellent and you could walk every where in Vancouver Downtown. I highly recommend this place and encourage anyone to take care of their jewel of an apartment."

"This was a wonderful living experience. I moved to Vancouver in June 2014 and lived at Beverly Court until January of 2016. The Arden family is very attentive to the needs of their tenants and provide a pleasant, clean, and quiet atmosphere to live in. You will love the trees that line the courtyard."
