Pioneer Vista Apartments

"Updated to 5 stars. Been living here for about 2 years now, and I love it. The apartment is very nice and I feel at home. The complex is clean and the neighbors are nice. The complaint that I had before was a parking issue, but not only has this improved but both my boyfriend and I work from home. The people in the office have been very helpful and accommodating, and the maintenance man is also very kind as well. In my apartment, I haven’t noticed much noise. I love how this complex is mole free, we still get some people who think they’re being sneaky behind the buildings but for the most part it’s smoke free. Absolutely would recommend people to live here!"

"Very nice place with minimal drawbacks. We've lived in a 3 bed 2 bath unit for about the last 8 months. Our time here has been enjoyable. Spacious bedrooms and HUGE kitchen, Seaprate utility room (Love), decent size living room, but barely enough space for a dining room table. Quiet besides typical apartment noise. Lots of birds and light in the morning is a nice way to wake up every day. As others have mentioned, parking isn't so great after 5 or 6pm. I can usually find a spot in the back if no where else. On a very rare occasion I have to park across the street in the neighborhood (a short walk). Most apartments I've lived at in recent years have had similar issues though so take it or leave it if you ask me. Management and maintenance are easy to work with. They've responded within 2 days on anything semi-urgent. The corridors/walkways could be cleaned more often. Once every two weeks would be ideal for me. The lint from the dryer vents and spills on the stairwells are the things I notice most. We plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. It's definitely the nicest place I've ever lived at besides renting a house."

"Does the management staff even listen? I live in the subdivision across the street from Pinoneer Vista Apartments, and EVERY day there are multiple cars parked in front of my house. 5:30pm on the dot they start to trickle in, park, and walk across the street to their unit. Friday’s are the best, because they leave their cars in front of my house for the entire weekend almost blocking my driveway. Since the management staff doesn’t stay on top of notifying tenants not to park in the subdivision across the street ... looks like letting the air out of tires might send a message."

"Changing to 5 - Manager Solves Issues when has ability to. Nice inside. ZERO parking. One parking spot per Entire Apartment, for 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, doesn't matter. Very few guest spaces parking spaces whatsoever - so friends aside, if you have two cars and one apartment - just find somewhere else. Not even a sidestreet to park on."

"I'm not a tenant but visited someone who lived in a one bedroom apartment here. The apartments have an intuitive layout, there's a lot of parking for residents, and the landscaping and hardscape is lovely. As for the interior, the apartment was spacious; the design and fixtures had a modern, sleek style. I highly recommend checking them out!"
