Legacy Trails Apartments

"My boyfriend and I only lived at Legacy Trails for a year, but we loved it. The apartment still smelled new when we moved in, and the high ceilings, wood floors, and beautiful quartz countertops (I was obsessed with those!) made it feel more like a luxury unit. The move-in process was simple, management always addressed our concerns promptly and professionally, and the community itself was quiet, which I greatly appreciated. I waited to post a review until after our move-out process was finalized, just because I've had issues in the past with a different property management company. I am so pleased to say the move-out was seamless as well. Ultimately, we had an amazing experience with Legacy Trails, and they definitely deserve these 5 stars."

"We’ve lived in Legacy Trails for couple years now, moved in when it was brand new. We are very happy with the location, the size of the 2-bedroom apartment and the quality of the finishings. We like how the property is taken care of and maintained. Both office and maintenance employees are professional, nice and pleasure to deal with. All the concerns are quickly addressed by Katie, Assistant Property Manager and maintenance is done by Matt. We feel it’s a great place to live, especially if you like easy walking access to stores and definitely great place if you have a dog, as it’s a pet-friendly environment with lots of places for walks."
