"The manager Kayla is so helpful and the apartments are new and nice."
"Sadly, one star is too high of a rating for these apartments! Brand new and already headed down the wrong path. VERY dissatisfied. Overpriced, trash always overflowed into the parking lot, elevator was broken frequently, homeless people always hang around in the parking lot and dumpster area making it feel unsafe, neighbors were always loud, parking is scarce, wrongly charged a cleaning fee when I left that prevented me from receiving my deposit back and the apartment was spotless. Absolutely unjustifiable. Corporate did NOTHING to help me after I reached out on multiple occasions. I had a terrible experience living here. I absolutely do NOT recommend."
"I moved here not knowing the place well, newly built apartment. No microwave. But new other appliances, food is walking distance but parking is hard. Cleanliness around the building is negative often bugs around the pipe that expose at the ceiling on the first floor. Manager is nice but the apartment is shortcomming."
