"I have lived at atlas for the last year and I have NOTHING but good things to say. The building management and team has always been helpful when I needed anything. If I call after hours, they get back to me with an answer or solution within 24 hours of my message. I am renewing my lease and couldn't be happier. The neighborhood is well kept and looks welcoming. They got a new paint job which looks good. Can't wait to see the upgrade on the game room. They do weekly social events. They do trick or treating events for the kids on holloween and other holidays. I never had a place do that for me in my life. Love that. It's a very peaceful environment all around so it's a good place for peace and quiet. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends that are looking for a place to live."

"They are robbing everyone. Sighned a lease for 1880 a month ridiculous amount. Within 5 months it's risen to 2400$. They say their trash and water fluctuate the monthly price. Every month they come up with a reason to tax you from two months previous. Saying we owed money we never payed. How can you pay something you know nothing about. How can you plan a budget when they constantly change our rent from month to month. How can their garbage and water cost add up over 400$ . We pay more here for "WATER" than we do for electric a month."

"Atlas Management must do better, they simply ignore us and tell lies that make zero sense. I keep seeing everyone say that the people in the office are great but management suck but here's a little secret... THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE MANAGEMENT!!! They don't deserve kudos for smiling in our faces and then stabbing us in the back. They are fair-weathered and insincere and are only focused on enriching themselves and could care less about the wellbeing of their tenants.They falsify their ledgers and lock us out of the system so we can't even check. The extra charges just keep rolling in without proper notice and don't even add up. When asked for an explanation they just offer that its all done third party and give you a bogus contact number for accounting to try to pass the buck.They impinge on our tenant rights with their shady practices and constant violations. It's sad because it really could be a great place to live but no one wants to stay somewhere that they don't feel welcomed and unfortunately they do go over and beyond in that department. We've lost so many good people from our community and more will follow if they don't get it together."
