"Worst Apartmeants ever! They have black mold everywhere and tell you it’s your responsibility to clean it and charge you extra!! The owners need to be fined!!! I wish I could give a -5 stars!!!"

"Jessica at the front desk has been amazing at communicating with us and getting everything done we have asked for. They redid our bathroom lights and sink without hesitation! They fixed anything needed right away! Im confused about these other reviews saying there is no communication with the office when ours has been very positive. The downside to these apartments is the parking, sometimes there is none and you have to park far! We had some issues when we first moved in but it was fixed and dealt with right away. We have never had a molding issue… the other reviews are probably due to them not airing out their apartment or not turning on the bathroom fan. We have a beautiful balcony view and our neighbors seem to be quiet and respectful! I recommend this place for military family or someone looking for their first apartment :) Update: Thank you for an amazing year! Jessica you were such a pleasure! We had an amazing experience buying our first apartment! You were always there whenever we needed help and the rest of the staff! Very sad to go! ):"

"I have a love hate relationship with this place, on one hand the customer service is immaculate. They are always super nice and concerned about us and how things are going. On the other hand we had a dryer that took 3-4 hours of running to get our clothes dry, even with an extremely small load it still took 2 hours. We waited for 4 months and nothing happened. We later put in another maintenance request and were out within the week. This place has been good so far but it’ll truly be great if we can cut down the wait on maintenance and crack down on cars being parked in the same spot for months on end, it’ll really be a great place to live. It’s a good deal, and with a few tweaks it’ll be a great deal."

"Great experience working with Jessica and the rest of the staff when it came to getting my apartment. Very quick yet thorough process and was able to move in the same day as the tour. Apartment as well was in great condition being very neat and clean which made move in so much easier. When it comes to maintenance they are very quick at addressing the problem and fixing it. Overall great service since moving in."
