"We moved in since mid February and it has been great since! Martha was awesome to work with from our first tour til our move-in date! Very quick to respond to all inquiries! Overall, the process was fast and smooth!"

"We just lost our house due to fire and were place here until we get the house replaced. We had Martha helping us and she went above and beyond helping us out. We needed our paperwork completed and utilities turned on before 5 on a Friday or it was going to be Tuesday due to a holiday Monday before we could move in. She worked overtime to get us in on a Friday evening. Couldn't ask for a better person to help you out after loosing everything and starting over. The apartments are beautiful, never been lived in and in a great location. Martha, thank you for all you do and don't ever change, your the BEST!!!"

We were displaced due to an electrical fire in our home and needed a place to live for a long extended period of time and Martha stayed with us at her desk until all paperwork was finished properly! "I have lived on this property since it opened.. I was the 6th tenant to move in. I have seen many managers and leasing agents come and go. But the leasing consultant that’s in the office and our corporate office manager they are phenomenal! Hands down amazing women. They have gone above and beyond for my family and my son who has special needs. I absolutely love it here and the compassion you get when there is something on your mind. You can come to them and not fear retaliation! As I have lived here since 10/2022 I have never witnessed a break in, vandalism, or thefts of any kind. Many residents I have seen have always been so happy to live on this property!! You know your home when they actually are about your children and the safety as well as their best interests! Our leasing consultant she’s been here since September and she’s gone above and beyond for multiple residents here. I recommend people to this property as well as many other tenants do. It’s a safe property and a safe place for your children to ride their scooters and play on the playground!!"
