"I did not visit Rodman Reality, but I am happy to take this opportunity to say that mine, my siblings, friends and the only time my parents rented a home were bad experiences with this rental agency. My best advise is make sure you go over the property meticulously with your agent, and in writing because they will get you in the end. They tried to charge me for the next month because I didn't give 2 weeks notice. So glad I kept a copy of the date it was sent thru post office. Then they tried to sue me for cleaning the apt when I used a service to have it cleaned."

"I lived with Rodman Reality as my manager for 8 years. They are good and fair. I want to rent from them again if I can figure out how to do this application. It says it have a old account with them but won't let me in. I don't understand what the problem is."

"2nd edit: well you guys did final send and pay for an exterminator but for some reason only had them do my studio in the entire building. But obviously you guys have extremely poor record keeping as well if you have no evidence of this. I sent multiple written statements, made multiple calls and you didn’t fix the problem until I walked into the front office and showed someone in the office I was covered in marks. You guys reply and acted oblivious. You guys literally had someone killing bed bugs in a single room the day I moved in( I asked the exterminator that’s how I know). It’s not that hard to figure out. But maybe look after future tenants so you don’t have anymore problems like these. And if it makes you feel better this was in 2015ish so hopefully this has changed for the better."

If I got an offer for another management company to manage my property for significantly less, I wouldn't even look at it. You get what you pay for and Rodman, particularly Sam, have done very well. They keep me informed of what is happening with my property's and find good tenants when empties occur"
