"The apartments & staff are nice, although the apartment had minor damages upon moving in & needed maintenance right away. The lease says floors were professionally cleaned, yet after walking the floors our feet were dirty, I cleaned the floor myself & the water came out dark dirty nearly black. The building needs work. I have never once seen a security guard as promised by the property manager on shift in the garage. The first night we moved here my husband & I were harassed by 2 men in the garage who do not live in the building, this was so scary! Then in the morning I go to walk my dogs, there is a barefoot woman with no pants & an ankle monitor in the lobby seemingly under influence. The hallways smell, like smoke & marijuana at times. Hallway carpets are stained. There is visible graffiti throughout the hallways & building. The roof top patio needs maintenance the plants are overgrown & it has a strange smell as well. The lobby’s “fireplace” doesn’t work. The building’s gym has no mirror, please add a mirror for the gym. This building needs a deep clean & actual security such as doorman, garage security so we tenants can feel safe. I write this review with good intent, I hope this constructive criticism will be realized for the sake of this building, & so we can enjoy our time here."
"We just moved into 123 apartments. We love it! Lisa was welcoming and kind. Lisa is a fair and kind manager. We feel safe, and our dog loves the 3rd floor doggie area. We enjoy the workout room and views of olympia. These apartments are carpet free. Hardwood all throughout. Which makes it easier to clean and keep nice. These apartments are modern and comfortable to live in. This apartment is the best. Lisa is a reasonable and relatable person who works to solve problems quickly. We love this apartment and are very happy to be here!"
"I'm very happy living in this building. I feel safe with the controlled access and the staff is really quick to respond with any requests ive needed. The manager from day one has been awesome. The amenities in the building are really nice as well. I love being in the center of downtown and so close to everything. Parking garage is a bonus but parking hasn't been a issue for any of my friends that come by to say hello. :) When my lease is almost up I'm gonna definitely re-new for longer. I also had no problem getting all my furniture even the big stuff up to my apt. :)"
"A friend of mine lived there for 2 years and was utterly disappointed with the management and property condition in the last year. The place is cheaply made to begin with, but at least his first year the property manager was excellent. Her responses were timely and the complex was clean. The last year, however, a new manager started and the place turned into a dump. Trash shoots were full for weeks, elevators were out of service for months, rent went up without reason or notice, and the manager’s responses to issues was slow and inadequate. When he moved out, they kept his deposit and charged him $500 for repairs to walls and a professional cleaning even though he did nothing but hang pictures and posters on the walls and spent an entire day cleaning the apartment. There was no reason for an $800 charge to “repair holes and repaint walls”. Not to mention they asked for $1,000 to park in their garage. It’s ridiculous the amount of money this place charges for nothing but a decent location and then repays it’s tenants with disgusting conditions, blames them for it and eventually upcharges them. They take advantage of tenants and I HIGHLY discourage anyone from living here. You will be disappointed, there’s no doubt."
"I have had the pleasure of living in this building since close to it's opening and I can say that EVERY person who has worked here and still does genuinely cares about the people that live here. I've personally worked for Kerry and Steven within the building and at the restaurant and as an employee an tenant I've never been so impressed. Molly has excellence in customer service, Randy is quick and effective when responding to maintenance requests, and the newest member Joseph, our Community Manager seems knowledgeable and at the ready to serve. I also love living here because of the safety that's provided along with all the activities you can do just right outside your door. This place is HOME because I make it my home but having the greatest people running this building and living peacefully along side great neighbors makes HOME all that much better."
