"I would give a higher review but as someone else has already mentioned, there are homeless people living in the woods behind the property. Our cars are messed with as in things stolen from our cars, gas siphoned, etc. Some neighbors don't follow the rules and it does get tiresome but i honestly feel that can be found anywhere. Good points 1)The new management team is the best we have had in the time I have lived here and most the neighbors are pretty awesome. 2) There is a park across the street. 3) There is a school bus stop as well as a public transportation stop at the park. 4) There is a little library at the park where kids and adults can find a new book and leave one for someone else to read. 5) This is it's own neighborhood and we all look out for one another."

"The previous ratings were done by people who DO NOT live there. Currently there are problems with homeless in the woods around the complex and the park(also a school and public bus stop), cars being messed with and the cops are there on a regular basis. Hasn't been this bad since we moved in almost 5 yrs ago. Oh, and heaven help you if you need maintance work done. With only 2 guys for 4 older complexes you will be waiting and waiting for work to get done. They are a part of Cascade Management but they don't list the properties they have in WA, Gee I wonder why!?!"
