"We had to have a ramp installed at our 5th Wheel site and they did an amazing job. Communication, professionalism, experience and friendliness are top notch! Highly recommend."
"I have been working with with Live at Home on Your Own for the past year. Michael and his crew (Jimmy and Jonas) are great to work with and great people. They have completely remodeled my bathroom to make it accessible for my handicapped husband. This included tear down, installing a new beautiful shower and sink area. They recently returned to install a handicap ramp. Everything they have done is top notch. They will be returning in the spring for a new deck. I thank them for getting us back into our home. I highly recommend this company."
"Michael and His Crew did a great Job of Installing a Shower and Rails for my Wife, She has dementia and she is able to walk around the entire House without falling. I had to fix a small item and they came out within the day and did a great Job. Thanks for a Job well done."
"The company didn’t build the roof over the entryway which lets in rain and built a completely different platform than I asked for, (ie round instead of square which would have allowed for a wrap around porch type deal. Don't bother hiring this guy. He refused to listen and it's caused damage to our yurt. Now we have to get a lawyer since her retirement home plan went to hell because of this person's greed and laziness. I tried to contact shortly after but he blew it off. Way to take advantage of a retired/disabled nurse. (They did NOT resolve the problem, they did NOT build it to how it was discussed and are lying about both of those things AND are having their employees write reviews for their ratings.) As for the review boosting I took screenshots and reported it. You people are thieves"
"I highly recommend working with this company if you are in need of a quality ramp and quality service. MY SITUATION: Father-in-Law with debilitating diagnosis needs wheelchair access to come and go from his home. His porch is elevated about 6 feet higher than the sidewalk. ASSESSMENT AND QUOTE: Michael came out to my Father-in-Law’s home and helped me develop a plan that was both safe and legal, while still meeting my specific requirement that the stairs remain unobstructed for those who might want to use them. Michael took measurements and quickly prepared a quote for an aluminum ramp for me. PRICE: Aluminum isn’t cheap, but it’s strong and durable (we were hoping to need the ramp for 3-4 years). I found the price to be extremely reasonable after extensively searching the internet for what to expect. FYI - community resources and Medicare are extremely lacking when it comes to help with affordability. CONSTRUCTION: Swift installation after a short wait for parts to come in. Met my expectations 100%. I would also like to add that the Jim and Elijah worked all day in the cold and rain to complete the build in one day. They checked and rechecked every connection to make sure it was secure before leaving the job site. Super nice and friendly too. OVERALL: It has been about 3 months since installation. The ramp has performed up to expectations and there are no issues to report. While I’m glad I didn’t have any issues, I’m very confident that they would have been corrected immediately. My father-in-law has passed away and I was able to sell the ramp back to Michael for a more than reasonable price. I am thoroughly please with every aspect of the build, and I would 100% work with Michael and crew again. I have no connection or affiliation to this company, nor was I compensated for this review. I do not write reviews, but I’m so happy they were there when I needed them that I feel compelled to write this. This is an understanding and compassionate crew that seems focused on providing a high level of customer service. Jared Braaten"
